Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of information held by the Arya Wellness shared enquiry platform, including records associated with Arya Wellness, Arya Neo or Arya Terra, the Arya Lead Collector Android app and connected WhatsApp services.

1. Email hello.aryawellness@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the telephone number you used to contact us, with country code, and the Arya business or business number you contacted. State whether you want records for one business or all records associated with your number deleted.
3. We will review the request, verify your connection to the records where necessary, and confirm the outcome by email. If any records must be retained, we will explain the reason.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, one-time codes or identity documents in your initial request.

What this request covers

The request can cover contact details, enquiry records, call metadata and WhatsApp interaction records held in our platform. We will also consider related campaign records and staff-held exports. It does not delete messages or records held independently by WhatsApp/Meta, your mobile operator or another person on their device.

Stop future collection or marketing

To stop marketing from a connected business number, reply STOP to that number or email us. A minimal opt-out record may be retained to honour your preference.

To stop the Android collector on a business device, tap Stop Syncing, revoke call-log permission in Android settings or uninstall the app. These actions stop future collection; use the email process above for information already stored.
