Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains how Arya Wellness handles information through its website, business enquiry platform, Arya Lead Collector Android app and connected WhatsApp services. The shared enquiry platform supports Arya Wellness, Arya Neo, Arya Terra and other Arya businesses using their own business telephone numbers. Enquiries are associated with the business you contact.
Information we collect
- Enquiries and customer records: your telephone number, name and any email address, requirements, budget, preferences or other details you provide. Staff may add enquiry status, notes and follow-up dates.
- Business call metadata: on a business Android device where the collector is installed and call-log permission is granted, it reads call-log entries, including telephone numbers, call time, direction, duration, call type and SIM or phone-account identifiers used to map calls to the correct business number. Sync may include incoming, outgoing and missed calls on mapped SIMs. The collector does not record call audio.
- WhatsApp information: when a business number is connected to our WhatsApp integration, we receive message content and associated information supplied by WhatsApp, such as sender number, profile name when available, message identifier, timestamp and receiving business number. This concerns communications with connected business numbers, not access to all conversations on your phone.
- Communication preferences: marketing opt-in, its recorded source and date, opt-out requests, and campaign delivery records.
- Website and account information: information submitted through website forms or accounts, and technical information such as session cookies and server logs used to operate and protect the service. Individual service forms may provide further information about their use of data.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange calls and services, maintain customer records, follow up on requests, avoid duplicate lead records, respect communication preferences and operate and troubleshoot our services. Authorised staff can view enquiry records and export them to Excel for business follow-up and calling.
A telephone number may identify one contact across the shared platform, while each business maintains its own enquiry record. Repeated calls or messages may be retained as separate interactions so staff can follow the enquiry history.
WhatsApp and marketing choices
Making a call or sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to promotional messages. Our campaign system uses recorded marketing opt-in for the relevant business. You may withdraw that permission by replying STOP to that business's connected WhatsApp number or by contacting us at the email below. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from responding to a new request you send.
Who receives information
Information is available to authorised staff managing enquiries and to service providers needed to run the platform, including hosting and database providers. WhatsApp communications are processed through Meta/WhatsApp and are also subject to their applicable privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.
Storage, security and retention
Enquiry information is stored in our business database. The collector sends data to the configured server over HTTPS and uses a collector credential. Administrative access is restricted to authorised accounts. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for handling enquiries, delivering services, maintaining relevant business records and meeting applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the record. You can request deletion using the instructions below. Limited information may need to be retained for legal obligations, dispute resolution or to honour an opt-out; where this applies, we will explain it in our response.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to withdraw marketing permission. See our data deletion instructions. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to your records.
Business device operators can stop future call collection using Stop Syncing in the collector, revoke its Android call-log permission or uninstall it. This does not automatically remove records already synchronised to the server; contact us to request their deletion. Only business SIMs intended for collection should be mapped in the app.
Contact and policy changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date above identifies the latest update.
